What is an Ithaca Agway & True Value Rewards Card?
Ithaca Agway & True Value Rewards Card is our way of saying “thanks” to our customers. By joining, you have an opportunity to take part in special savings, be the first to hear about important events, and the money you spend at Ithaca Agway & True Value can earn you Rewards Points for every dollar you spend on qualifying purchases. You will be mailed a $10 merchandise certificate for every 250 points you accumulate.

All personal information obtained, as well information involving the use of your True Value
Rewards Membership, will be kept confidential and used exclusively to provide you reward
benefits. Therefore, you have our word that the information you give us will remain strictly confidential.  We promise that we will never sell any personal identifying information (name, address, phone number, email address) to any person, company, organization or agency.

The True Value Rewards Program excludes: employees, landscapers, contractors, farm accounts, municipalities, churches, schools, etc and organizations. Returned merchandise will show as adjusted (deducted) points. Rewards points are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Reward Points are not awarded on labor, delivery, sales tax, gift certificates and gift cards.  Specials, power equipment and discounted items are excluded from the Program. Ithaca Agway reserves the right to change or rescind the Rewards Program or benefits at any time
